- Payments: Payments for our Service must be made in advance. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of services.
- Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Diamond Booth LLC.

- Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number for the purpose of providing our Service and for Application-to-Person (A2P) 10 Digit Long Code (10 DLC) messaging.

- A2P 10 DLC: For enhanced communication and service delivery, we use A2P 10 DLC to send SMS messages to your phone number. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive such messages from us.
